What are students currently learning?

The Exchange

In this four-week series from 2 Timothy, we’ll explore some advice the apostle Paul gave to Timothy. Through it, we’ll see how we can all exchange wisdom with each other (no matter our age) by helping each other discover our gifts, develop discernment, get equipped, and find strength.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a typical meeting look like for student ministry?

Every week, we meet with students to have fun, worship, grow together, and to pray for one another. We usually start by playing a game, worshiping God through song and a benediction, teaching a lesson that has theological and practical implications, and then pray for one another.

Where and when does your student ministry meet?

We meet in the youth room at 301 Maple Avenue, Hanover, PA 17331. Use the door towards the back of the building. Our meetings run from 6:30 PM – 8:15 PM. There’s plenty of comfy seating available for our students.

We don’t attend your church. Is it okay if my teenager still comes?

Absolutely! Please give us a heads up so we can plan accordingly by sending us a message.

Meet your leaders!

Pastor Anthony and his wife, Katlyn have been leading RISE Student Ministry since September 2020. They love helping students see the beauty and truth of the Gospel as well as helping them navigate their faith through school, friendships, and more.

When not planning fun activities or leading student ministry, they love playing with their daughter, going for hikes, reading, keeping the Sabbath fun, and playing Nintendo 64!
